In accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), LEADERHOMES EMLAK İNŞAAT TURİZM VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. acting as the Data Controller informs you that your personal data are processed in order to (i) operate your WelcomeApp account, (ii) book and operate your tour, (iii) process card payments via iyzico, (iv) send you push notifications about the status of your bookings, (v) comply with tax, tourism and consumer-protection rules, and (vi) handle customer support, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.

Your data may be shared with iyzico, our local tour operators, our push notification providers (Apple Push Notification Service, Firebase Cloud Messaging), our hosting providers and the public authorities entitled by law.
